The first day of light
In the beginning there was nothing,
Just night.
But someone who was sleeping
Dreamt of the light.
And when people opened their eyes
They could see
The night had left the skies,
The day had come to be.
To the light they called sun
And the night was still just night.
A father said to his son,
This was the first day of light.
The only world we know
The only world we know
When the light has shone
And the wind has blown
So that the land runs dry
Sun will leave like a phantom
And a newborn light will come
Brighten the gloomy dark sky.
By that time, either day or night,
The only world we know will be light.
And Then There Was The Moon
In the end,
When the sun has died,
The stars will all align:
There will be explosions in the sky,
There will be light throughout the night.
In the end,
When the night is also day,
The sky won't longer be grey
And people will surely say:
The light has come our way.
And soon,
T
here will be rain,
For the moon
Will have its name.
